AUTOMATIC PRESS FOR SEASONED HAM IN RECTANGULAR OR TRADITIONAL SHAPE

PRC press was originally designed to give deboned raw hams and speck a rectangular shape, ideal for products destined to slicing lines.

This powerful press gives the product a rectangular form and compacts it. Consequently, the individual slices subsequently obtained will be uniform and identical to each other.

The moulds are constructed of polypropylene with a stainless steel frame, which makes it possible to customize the shape of the “brick” based on customer requirements.

The product height and width are decided by the customer at the time of the order. In fact, the height and width of the mould remain invariable, in order to guaranty that the product shape is always the same, while the length of the “brick” may change based on the weight of the meat.

Both BRICK shaped and TRADITIONAL shaped moulds may be installed on the same press. The same machine can therefore press both hams destined to being sliced and those sold whole in the traditional shape.

The product may be ejected directly in the freezing package or unpackaged, based on production requirements.

The press may have from 1 to 4 pressing stations.
